We'd be happy to let you in! I have some questions to ask you in game but they don't matter a whole lot, get with Ruethian or Punisher to be added to regions

@JakobGibby If you are whitelisted type "/ch sg" and it will put you into our town channel. from there u can ask if anyone is around to show u to the town and get u all set up.
@Matt I agree with you. We only have 20 citizens right now AND I have not seen Apf4, Urengejoose, Miget_72, TrueMalice
since before the server colocation. So city would not be very stabble at all

All good. I know our original plan was 30, but looking back, that is a wee bit excessive.

@Rue: malice is probably gone, no idea about miget, and Apf4 is prolly busy, he has Exams right now so I imagine he has no time. As for uenge, I havn't seen him either

FYI, as for the funds aspect of the City Upgrade...
Im sure the Bank of Seagate could procure a temporary loan to the Town of Seagate...
for a small fee of course :icon_mrgreen:

As for citizens we are having a major lessening of activity for some reasons. Here is the list of people i have seen or have not seen since the server came back up.

13: Hyperblock <-- have not seen him for a while
14: Jrdiver <-- saw him

I have a solution to the arena situation but its guna need an admins permission to do it. 4 large regions around the arena that deny pvp and allow building. 1 parent region that pvp flag is not set that denies building to those not of the town.
As far as i can tell the pvp deny flag on the town overwrites the allow in the arena no matter what the settings are.
But ill talk to u n game about it. :icon_biggrin:

New Community Info board!
In addition to our town Spec board with all the info about the town, we now have a board with activities and notices for citizens! This will hopefully spread our plans to those who do not check our forum every day like us. :icon_biggrin:
It is located on the back of the Town Board.
Check it regularly for things hapining around the town!

The Seagate Naval Academy has been constructed.
It is just west of punisher79's house.
I have no pictures at this time. i may post some later.
This academy's purpose is to assist in the training of the Seagate Navy. Headmaster Punisher79 will oversee training of all cadets.
Hopefully the Seagate Navy will someday replace our hodge podge town militia by teaching players the best tactics to protect our town.
