Hi guys.

So, for reasons unknown, I can't get my mincraft install to behave at 1.4. I was running the older launcher, so I didn't get the choice to upgrade or not. Still figuring it out, hopefully back on soon. However, I did spend some time designing a new civic center, so take a look and let me know what you think.

Note: the designer I was using is limited on memory, so I left out the details. I figured we'd change it a bit as we built anyway, so imagine windows and walls and stuff.
