Excuse/My story: I really don't have an excuse or story.. because I don't remember it happening.. but all I know is that I have been trying to play on the server like a normal person but I am muted so all I could do was message people.. and I have been quiet for such a long time... and I will not spam or use caps or anything bad ever again... I am truly sorry if I caused any trouble.

OK but on a different note: I NEED HELP PLEASE! when you said you'll be trimming down on peoples accounts... you deleted mine... and now I can't talk or message or build or destroy or keep my items because I am not greylisted or anything.. I do not exist on the server anymore, so please, please HELP ME! please I really like this server and I want all my stuff back to the way it was, I have no permission to do ANYTHING! I was a level 18 rogue and a level 21 crafter... and now I am nobody.. so please LOOK AT THIS APPEAL AND HELP ME PLEASE!

Ummm.. well I am no longer a nobody... for I got my crafter levels back.. but when I looked... my rogue levels were gone... I am level one of LOSTSOUL. If you could try and fix this... for I was level 18 rogue.. very close to 19.... and I would prefer to have those levels back.... and to be unmuted would be nice.... please? Try /hero choose rogue and /hero confirm.

Did you try the commands? Your levels should still be there if you re-choose rogue.
