I understand what you are saying. I was merely indicating that I am not an Admin, just a Senior Proctor. I took into account various things when deciding giving him the chance on the server.

There has never been a set time in regards to when you can reapply. Most Proctors may see you have applied recently and deny you based on that. Some might look at a few weeks, some a few months. There has never been a set time.
