this is just a way to save money for donors so they can buy other things, this could help the economy with people being more willing to spend money and I don't see how it would be pay to win because it is like the lwcs and it just gives something for a little bit cheaper

You can get up to 6 free LWCs and 300s cheaper. The way I suggested you would get only up to 100s off, so it's more than fair.

Respeccing has already been reduced-it used to cost 500s to switch back to a class that you have experience in. I personally think 250 is fine

It's not getting reduced again. Sorry.

In the future, we will remove the costs, in lieu of a better skill/cost system.

No one has money anymore, adding a long cooldown/some sort of reagent cost will fix it.
