Bug Chatting in xTour, messages appear in Offtopic.

I was attempting to congratulate a player for mastering a class, but he was not whitelisted. Therefore, I type '/ch tour' and typed my congratulations, but the message still appeared in offtopic chat.

Did you type this quickly?
Sometimes it switches after you type the message in

Did you get the confirmation message that you were now chatting in xtour?
You could have just mistyped it and not saw the error message.

I've often had it where you type quickly and it jumbles up your process of commands. For example:

Intended process [Last channel I was in for this example was /ch o]:
/ch lo
Hey guys
What's up?

Resulting process:
Hey guys
/ch lo
What's up?

It usually only happens for two lines. It can happen for plain text in a channel and not cmds, too.
