Suggestion Chat Broadcast on Enchant Loss

When a smith repairs an enchanted item, it should have a broadcast in chat if the enchantment is lost, for example "Diamond Pickaxe loses it's enchantment!"

This would prevent smiths from scamming players by stating that the enchantment on a tool had been lost, giving back a non-enchanted one and keeping the enchanted one, something which is basically untrackable and unpreventable.
