Bug Charge is broken

When I tried to use charge, it shoots me in the general direction of the target, but on the wiki it says it stuns them for a second, and it doesn't do that. Also when I charge it doesn't take me all the way to the target, it takes me three blocks away.

I mean, when I tested charge on my friend 8 blocks away, it only took me four blocks to him.

charge is pretty much a reverse forcepull

I used charge today and if you go past someone it does like 7 hearts of damage....
