Bug Changing Avatar on Forum

I'm having a problem changing my avatar on the forum. I attempted to upload a new image, and it appears in some areas (the small icon next to my name at the very top of the screen, or any use of the image at similar size), but it does not appear to update in the Personal Details section or in the left column after submitting a new forum post.

I'm seeing Kefka is the current image, is it not?

It is now. It appears to have updated. Wonder if it was a database updating delay or something of that matter.
