Bug Central rolled back my inventory from 20 mins earlier

So I dropped stuff off at PvP, then later went to Central. When I arrived at Central i had my items from 20 mins ago. Also, staff please contact me in game if you desire to confiscate accidentally duped items.

Well it did it again. This time it deleted 700 souls worth of shards and fragments. Please fix this bug.
