Resolved Cauldron recipe glitch

I found out that you cannot make red, or brown mushrooms. I put in 4 dirt and 4 red stone for brown mushroom and it said
Cauldron recipe cannot be found

It's the same for the red mushroom

If that were so, why are there so many people walking around with chainmail? I think the recipe you are referring to us outdated - whats the link?

Chainmail worked for me two days ago. Make sure you right click the glass after you put the items in the cauldron. Took me awhile to finally figure that out xD

yeah nevermind, I'm halftarded. was using ingors instead of bars.....forgot there were bars
