Hey! I'll keep this short.
So I had an idea for a caster skill that would probalby be good for a Beguiler (since they are "illusionists")
Think of the way the Necromancer's Web skill works, it spawns a cross of webs at the feet of the target temporarily. So, why can't we do the same thing with cacti? (with the sand underneath required to place cacti).
You could trap your target in a little coffin of cacti, which could do a reasonable amount of damage if the target was moving when the spell landed which. It won't do THAT much damage, but it could set the Beguiler and his/her party to do more skills afterwards in combo.
