Caster Mana regen

I feel like Caster should be able to either gain manna per level or regen mana faster because I can't even kill mobs because fireball take out 1/3 of my mana bar and it takes 3 hits to kill.

Fireball does more damage the higher level the caster is. Also, casters have consume to replenish mana.

ManaRegen is a skill being granted to most caster/healers - we're also working on a mana-per level - gain.

From what I could see from the configuration fireball has n level modifier anymore if it did before, bit I'll check later.
