We are neutral, and thus our citizens are free to operate outside of town as they wish, provided it is not against an ally or in violation of server rules.

He had signed up with us 4/3 and built a house, but I haven't seen him lately. I'll pull him from the roster for now until we see him again and can straighten it out.

Hi, Marble. Please sign up on our forums (linked in first post) and join /ch hope and mention your application. Look for a council member or myself online that can help you.

At the moment things are pretty quiet server-wide because so many of us have our heads buried in Portal 2, but we'll have more online shortly.
