Cant register on Wikki

So i tried to register on the wikki (dont ask why i am really freaking bored right now .-.)
and i got this:
Login error
Your IP address is listed as an open proxy in the DNSBL used by Herocraft. You cannot create an account (IP was here)

What does that mean and can i fix that?
Also, i didn't know really where to put this exactly, so i felt off topic was right

Generally speaking, I think it uses spamhause to openly block proxy IP's and other blacklisted things.

So how do i get it unblocked then? I dont understand why its blocking me
