Can I get whitelisted on the test server?

When I try to login too dhx.zapto.org it says I'm not whitelisted.
Can I get whitelisted there?

The proctor team doesn't handle the whitelist for test servers. Contact whoever's in charge of that particular server (Danda for the dungeon team server, for example)
