And the Terms of Service? Who the hell reads the terms of service anyway? (I skim through em, but I know some people don't even take a look at em. -.-)

Read the terms of service. Violating them for lots of things could end up making you liable to getting sued etc. Already seen someone getting banned etc. They are there for legitimate reasons. Not reading the terms of service or contracts for many things could lead in getting screwed over.

Second, it's been a rule about being age 13 for many reasons.
