"Lose durability on death" logic is a part of the plugin that grants items back on respawn.
Since that plugin isn't in use, that doesn't happen.

The beds bug is the most annoying, as there is an entire town that just has their spawn set to one bed in the middle of their building. It allows them to just completely thwart raids, just by spawning right back where you killed them.
