Bug Bugged Allocation Points

I reset my stats and tried to allocate, at first i just figured the changes allowed me to have more points due to the feeling that the higher level attributes take more allocation points but when i applied my changes for the allocation points there was only points in my strength and endurance and all the additional points i had placed in constitution and wisdom weren't there

Have you tried relogging and re-adding?
