[bug] spell cooldown timer now working

I'm not sure where I should post this so sorry if it's in the wrong place.

When I did /cast recall it said something like "recall is on cooldown for -9075681 more minutes".

I'm not complaining, just pointing it out.

Just to turn this into a generic spell bug thread...

/cast cost mark reports 10 redstone, when mark is actually 1 iron and 10 redstone.

I broke down my recall refresh time into days, I can use recall again in 197,182 days or 540 years!
