Bug bosses drop outdated symbols of acquisition

Title pretty much says it all,

Top picture shows one of the symbols bosses drop,

Bottom picture shows the symbols you need to buy stuff,



and i know theres a villager in spawn that lets you trade outdatted symbols of acquisition for new ones but that trade does not work.
