Suggestion Border Hopping

Implement some sort of punishment for sprinting back to safety portal border over and over every time you start losing a fight. Have seen servers ban, add plugins, etc. Just a thought to make PvP a little less stale. Could even do something simple like add a porting timer to get up a ledge to the portals. That way when you jump down, you can't get back to safety at any second that you start losing.

The combat timer should be modified so that if you're in combat and enter no-pvp, you can still be hit untill the timer runs out.
