Your story:Tonight I came into the herocraft team-speak. I wanted to get some intfomation beacuse I am just starting out and my older brother @cschris54321 said that the hero craft team-speak would be a good place to go. SO i go into a channel with 3 other guys named danda angles and someone elts idk. One of them had a voice that could skin a roach. Anyways, i was trying to get some info from these people, and my older brother warned me that sometimes they can be rude. So ya eventually it came to were they kept asking for my brother or something and he wasn't here so I didn't get him. One of them told me that if i didn't they would ban me. I told them he wasn't home and they told me i was pathetic because I kept asking questions to them. They told me that I was pathetic and then they banned me. I think this was a misunderstanding or someone is abusing powers or something because they had no reason to ban me. My brother was at the gym working out, like usual. I mean if I get unbanned then I guess myabe i will think about letting them talk to my brother but he is very busy usally doing pretty important things so idk if he will wasting his time with something so trivial. I really wanted to give this server a try but obvously with such malishus people on the server and a loop hole in witch these people can get admin powers on the teamspeak and randomly ban people for no reason. I just hope that you guys catch the people geiving themselfs admin, namly "angyls" or an angles imporsonater, and get rid of them. My cool brother chris told me that this server is cool and all but idk about that anymore.

Just saying, lying in your appeal will get you nowhere. At no point was a brother ever mentioned, we never asked you to get said brother we only accused you of being cschris as your IP address matches him. While you were talking about this cschris was in-game logged into the same IP address moving around and talking so your story here is a complete fabrication and will not be responded to further.

ohh, right. Ya turns out he had to stay home today from the gym after a long of day of football games after football games. Yeah, your right, he told me he was online lul. Your little theroy doesnt disprove anything, only stregnthens my point acually, thanks. Anyways, I would like to be unbanned now. Also, i guess it was you that banned me? Also, if you dont respond liek you said, with no justification whatsoever other then "your brother plays this server too lul you get banned" it just proves how terrible the moderaters on this server are. This thread is screenshotted btw and I will be sending it to the server owner asap.

It was not random, nor are we repressing you. Your IP address matched a player that is known to cause issues at which point you were asked some very simple questions while you were in the channel and you played stupid. You were given the opportunity to appeal at which point you fabricate a false story which can be seen above mentioning that the player we were asking you about was infact your "brother". As for your claim that we are repressing you how are we doing that exactly? We're not silencing you in any way nor are we stopping you from doing anything other than log into Teamspeak. Throwing around baseless accusation to stir up trouble will not and never will help you in your case to appeal a ban.

I was never questioned while I was in the channel. I repeat, nobody asked me any questions. To say that anyone asked me any questions while I was in that channel is an outright lie to cover your tracks of abuse. Not once when I was in that channel did anyone say that bodybanger645 is cschris54321. Not one time was I told i was breaking any rules. Not one warning did I receive. You see, its not me with the false story here, it is you. You are trying to get people to believe that you didn't abuse powers and Angles didn't harass me by using your circular reasoning to falsely incriminate me. The fact is you have no structure to your claims makes your string of lies like a soccer mom taking out another credit card to pay her other credit card dept. It is extremely dangerous and can only end in failure. Now I suggest you stop now and just come clean of what you have done before this gets worse for you. You see in America its innocent until proven guilty. In herocraft it is innocent until you try to ask moderators for help on the server and they get annoyed with you. Last time I checked that is what moderators were for, helping and moderating the population of the server.

I guess Danda has nothing more to say. Not even going to acknowledge his abuse of power, probably praying for me to forget about it so he can keep his petty title of moderator. Not going to site any proof, or justification for banning me huh? Sounds like communist North Korea to me. I don't think this is what kainzo wants for his server. Do you?
