Suggestion BloodMage Idea

I recently became a bloodmage and noticed it's really hard for them to be able to fight at low levels.

Siphon is ok but they could use something else also.

I was thinking maybe they could get an sort of Blood Union based spell early on?

EX:BloodBurst

At level 10 or 20


No Warmup

You sever your blood union with a target up to 8 blocks away.Dealing (18 + 0.1 per Intellect point) damage for every stack of blood union that you currently have. Removes all stacks of blood union.

Maximum this could do to somebody is 72 not counting intellect.Requiring a large stat increase in intellect to be feared.


CD:6 Seconds

Another heal skill they could have later on is a AOE Heal.If that's possible to code

Level 30

1 Sec Warmup

The Bloodmage sacrifices 25% of their current health to distribute it in a wave (10 + 0.1 per wisdom point) around them. Healing party members for the same amount.

CD:10 seconds

EX:Bloodmage has 600 HP.Party Members have 100.BloodMage uses Bloodwave and goes down to 450.Party members raise to 250HP.

Thoughts?Just tossing some ideas.

Since I like that idea of Bloodmage being more support, I like suggestion two :)

Last map Bloodmage did alot of damage. I killed alot of master classes at level 10 just by kiting with one skill. It was overpowered and got nerfed pretty hard during the NO. I think it could use just a little more damage increase and it would be fine.

I like suggestion 2.

Nice to see positive feedback instead of "This idea is automaticlly bad"

I had no idea bloodmages were deadly last map.

I'll admit.Siphon could have a small damage increase instead of another skill.

Could a support skill that doesnt heal work?Such as

BloodBind

,Whatever lvl would be decided upon Mid/Late

The bloodmage sacrifices 10% of their current HP to root their target for 4 seconds.The target is unrooted upon being damaged.

CD:18 seconds



Or maybe an aura that increases HP Regeneration of fellow party members and the Bloodmage?By 10% +0.1 per wisdom point?

I like suggestion 2.
Killing max goons as a 10 BM was awesome.

I really like bloodburst, I feel it would strongly benefit the class.
