Bug Blood mage codex bug

I have an order relic and a chaos relic of the bloodmage and the necessary support catalyst to make the Bloodmage codex but when i put all of them into a crafting table or my inv slots, it wont make the codex. ive checked the spelling of the item descriptions on all three items and theres no misspells on any of them. Ive also given the items to 2 other people to see if theres a bug with my crafting specifically but no one else can make it either. What should i do?

Sounds like one or another of your relics are old versions. First up try swapping them for newer versions with the NPCs at the Exchange.

If they still don't combine, place all three in a chest and open a petition at the chest requesting an Admin to combine them into a codex for you.

How do i open the petition at the specific chest? Kainzo said do /pe but when i did that it was kinda confusing. Didnt know what to do then
