Bug Binding not persistant

Binding has been working day after day. Today, I have been knocked off the server 5+ times and every time I log back in I had to rebind all my skills.

Am I doing something wrong with this today?

is there a new persist command?

Ok, day two and no matter what, Logging out and logging back in the character has no bindings setup. They are no longer persistant.

edit:
Testing all items.. two items had it's binding still. Two others had to be rebinded to their skills.
