  3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): None At All
  4. Referral(s): JohnnyGenocide, Kingduck303 - (Very recently whitelisted)
  5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: Kingduck contacted me about this server earlier today and was very excited about it. I read through a discussion he and Johnny Genocide had about it as well in our group facebook chat.
  6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Indeed I did. :)
  7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Of Course.
  8. Reason you should be accepted: I've read through the rules on the wiki and I'm extremely into pvp and as such I enjoy building booby trapped dungeons in which I store my treasures. I love to roleplay, and as a hobbyist writer, I enjoy filling the world of Minecraft with books, and would love to add a decent collection to the library of Herocraft. My friends have migrated over to this server and want me to join them, and I'd be happy to share my elaborate booby trap schemes - such as fallaway floors, with anyone who may want to use them.

  10. Additional Info: I graduated highschool in early 2012, halfway through my senior year and am now looking to attend college in the San Francisco area, where some family of mine lives. The road ahead will be tough but I plan to some day apply for medical school and pursue the career path of a doctor.
