Bug Berserker Frenzy 25% damage buff missing

tested on test and xxstrikerdudexx has reported the same issue on Live.

Berserker's Frenzy skill doesnt actually give additional 15% damage buff however every other effect works correctly. That is all ^^

DId you test this with Weapons (left click attacks) or Skills, and if the latter what Skill(s)?

Well, It isn't supposed to give 25%. If it hasn't changed, it should make you deal 15% more damage and others deal 25% more damage to you. I can confirm that it's not giving the 15% damage bonus. Need further testing to check if the 25% damage debuff is also present.

I tested locally with a Fist and a random dmg skill. Fist works both ways, dmg skill didn't at all.
So far my guess for weapon dmg is some items not being considered "weapons", and I have no idea about skills.

We tried rolling things back to previous builds of Heroes and still saw this not working, maybe @Delfofthebla can check into it if hes around sometime

Was this on test? I noticed DoomWave is broken again.

I had some derps test this last night and it seemed like it was working.

What about Provoke? does Provoke increase damage by you (or to you)?

Provoke seems to work, I do more dmg to mobs anyways.
Frenzy sure as hell does not work tho.

Still missing the fact that Frenzy makes YOU take 25% and others take 15%

The damage increase for Quivering Palm is also broken (I am assuming it is the same bug)
