Becoming a Proctor

How do I become a proctor, I really would like to be part of the staff and help out. Thanks.

You would need to fill out an app in the Staff Apps sub-forum, and have it be apporved by Kain/Brutal/etc.,

However, they do not accept new Proctors all the time; only when they feel they need more.

Yes but under extreme circumstances, those under 15 may be accepted so long they can exhibit such maturity etc.

Yes, the only ages that can't be staff is 13 and 14. (It happened very few times that people below 15 has been Proctors)
