How would it be better? Maybe for lore, you disguise yourself as one of dead.
Other than that I just see it being something pointless. It doesn't change how to skill would function

This is impossible to do, because Mojang decided to make skins chained to your UUID, meaning your skin cannot be changed unless you do it yourself.

It's impossible to see it on your side without some sort of client mod.
I can (and have) made you look like a zombie to other players via the DisguiseCraft minecraft plugin. I don't think I even removed the code, so if Kainzo ever added the plugin to HC it -should- happen.
However there were a few minor bugs that bothered me about it, and so I scrapped the idea of pushing the idea to Kainzo. And as I stated, you can't ever see it on your end of the deal, so it's really only a "minor" cosmetic addition. Maybe someday things will improve with the plugin, or Minecraft in general, but it unfortunately won't be happening in the near future.
