Base Magic Resist

It would be nice for each class to have a base magic resist that can be granted separate of base Constitution.

Magic resist levels are always lower than armor resist levels, no matter your build.

Starting point for base magic resists, based entirely on class theme (low, high, medium):

Beserker : LOW
Paladin : HIGH
Dreadknight : HIGH
Dragoon: LOW


Wizard : LOW-MED
Pyro : LOW-MED
Beguiler : LOW
Necro : MED- HIGH

Ninja : LOW
Ranger: LOW
Runeblade: MED - HIGH
Bard: LOW-MED

Shaman : MED
Cleric: MED-HIGH
Druid: MED
Bloodmage: MED
Disciple: LOW-MED

Magic Resist definitely needs to be tweaked because at the moment it's pretty much non-existent. I like the fact that the warrior classes would receive buffs, because at the moment they are a little weak.

It's not possible to set this per class at this time. While I agree it would be nice, it would require additional coding.

However, I am adjusting the "magic resist per con" amount from 0.003 to 0.008.
