[Bards] More Healing Skills

I know Bards are new and all but I have some ideas for the bard class. They arent major, because I think currently, Bards don't need much tweaking yet. But here are my ideas. I think Bards need more healing skills. I was thinking that they could get a lower level healing skill. Like bandage or Pray or maybe a new healing skill. So what do you think of my ideas and do you have any?

Ive been thinking that myself, however as bards are rogues and not healers, it should be debuffed somewhat from bandage. an idea I had-

Skill Name: Healing Word
Level: 30-40
Mana: 50%
Cooldown Time: 1 Minute
Effect: party members within 5 squares regain 10 HP and gain a 10% bonus to damage for 5 seconds

Bards aren't healers - they wont be getting any more healing skills.

Oh okay. Also does charka only heal 5 hp?
