As of today Accelerando is only giving Speed III for me instead of Speed IV. Not sure if that's intentional and I just don't know it or if it's a bug somewhere. Is this happening for the rest of you or am I going crazy?

Also, Sneak doesn't seem to the work the same way since the 1.4.4. Maybe that's intentional as well (I admit to not reading the vanilla 1.4.4 patch notes) but it seems that a) sneak isn't muffling footsteps anymore and b) looking at yourself you don't appear to be in "sneak" stance. Anyone else getting this and is it supposed to be this way now?

It's intentional, Speed IV was deemed way too powerful.

Sneak isn't supposed to muffle footsteps *I believe*.

You never appear sneaking when in sneak stance.
