How did you hear about Herocraft?: somebody posted a thread about it on the neoseeker minecraft forums.
Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: not yet but i plan to when i Finnish this application.
Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS? yes
Reason you should be accepted: im not the best builder but after a while i tend to become a welcome member of the community and i have experience moderating a few highly populated servers so you shouldn't have any problems with me breaking any rules. for reference the servers i moderated were called Neocraft and Leocity just in case you want to look them up.
Additional Info: the reason i want to come to Herocraft is that both of the servers i used to play have either completely died or don't have much of a community anymore.

i dont remember the spamming one but the griefing one i broke a wool block and got banned by a honypot.

The spamming one was my mistake. But concerning the greifing ban, how do we know you wont grief again on our server? How are we to know you have changed?

the ban was right around the time i got minecraft i didn't really know how anything worked so i went around breaking blocks trying to get stuff to build my house. im not a griefer and i hate anyone who is with a passion i don't really have any way to prove im not and i would understand if you don't accept because of that.
