Your story: I personally don't see how this even happened unless someone got mad at me.
but uh, I get this when I talk to staff. So unless you really have a reason to ban, and if you do please post it, I don't think this is right.

do you deny that you said that to me then? - Clarified in conversation, was refering to the screenshot you so kindly deleted.

Those were probably after angy called me all that stuff. also I was told kainzo bought a car with donation money, so I said it. - Unless admins rage, which is clearly evident, I was told by an old admin. (not some random guy)

The following actions are prohibited-
Harassment in any form to players or staff.
Leaving abusive messages in any form.
Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, giving unwanted attention or discomfort to another player.

I would consider it semi harassment to be verbally abusing me, along with the second rule.
Also, don't give unwanted attention to nona, without permission. That is your rule, so follow it.

I'm the one that banned you because honestly the entire staff is sick and tired of the constant disrespect from you. So yes from time to time we do reach a point when we will react poorly but everyone will snap eventually when pushed far enough. Regardless you have already sent that screenshot to Kainzo thus it does not need to be posted here as well.

Since I know alexhoff1 will see this, I wish to apologize to you for saying what I did in the screen shot you keep passing around. Although the entire conversation was not posted by you, as that was at the very end of our exchange, I should not have been so harsh with my words. Whether you choose to accept this or not is clearly your choice. If you are unbanned feel rest assured I will not have any exchanges with you, unless they are via petition as I will ensure to have you blocked so neither of us can get on each other's nerves.

You've posted several times to several players that you were "sick of this server" and "wanting to quit"

Truth be told you've been toe-stepping the rules for several months. Our system somewhat supports the grey areas and you like to abuse that.

Let it be known that I have no malicious feelings towards you or anyone else, however, I will say that those who constantly toe the line will not be on this server long.

Herocraft Online's monetary positions is none of your concern at any moment in time. It's stated where the funds go and are used for and if you can't comprehend or handle that, we cannot help you.

I'm locking this thread because of the sheer stupidity portrayed here. I will not stand for "he said" / "she said" ignorance, especially on a ban appeal. Your actions are your own, failure to control yourself or your temper is of no bother to me or my staff, we will do what is necessary to keep order and maintain a fun atmosphere for all players.
