We were making plenty of suggestions, but no one was paying attention to us.

I completely agree with what Lief said. There were many, many, great suggestions and even a concern topic made about inactivity which none were replied to by a staff member.

On a side note, other than just a few members the whole team was inactive, plus a lot of it seemed disorganized, so I suppose this is a good thing, will the active players be guaranteed our positions back?

This is a position I strongly support. It was upsetting that not much was getting done and we already had spun a lot of great ideas between ourselves since the last official "Balance Team Report". Though the ideas weren't officially consolidated, giving us some direction given c12's relative absence would have been helpful.

The balance team was highly inactive and did not do what they were tasked to do. Hoping to get a better testing environment going and restructure the team soon. Until then, I'm very happy with our current setup we have for Heroes

I understand where you are coming from with this, but I disagree. I'm sure several of us can agree when I say that although 75% of the balance team contributed 0%, there were still 5-6 active members who I know wanted to be there and were quite active.

Along with that, there were many valid suggestions without suggesting skills such as a mystic skill rework, changes to chaos orb, blood bond, and even skill range tweaks. Balance was being discussed and rarely (from what I saw) was a skill suggested to balance out other skills. Since there are still suggestions, although you may be happy with the current setup of heros, a lot of the community wasn't and there were several weeks worth of opinions/suggestions within the balance thread based on a lot of the community's voice.

Like I said earlier though, I suppose this is a good thing so the team can consist of only active members with an organized setting. If I must, I will re apply when the time comes, I look forward to it.
