Bug Attribute Allocation Bug

It's not technically a bug - from the coders standpoint, but it can be confusing and annoying to players, I know this, because it happened to me! If Delfofthebla hadn't been in the channel with me, I would've pulled my hair out.

Steps to reproduce:
USER.....SERVER
/attribute add strength 1
>type "/attribute add confirm" or "/attribute add cancel"
/attribute add constitution 1
>Unrecognized command

It's clear to see the last message to the user should say "Action pending," or even "Please confirm or cancel the last entry."
It can be very confusing because all it tells you is that it doesn't recognize your command, which makes you think you messed up your syntax.
