the ban was because he thought i hacked to get admin and i didnt so he just banned me even tho the actual owner gave me admin, and plz read my app again i edited the additional info

The ban is for griefing, log block confirmed, so you are telling he banned you for that because he thought you hacked? Why not ban you for the reason of "Hacking"?

I have serious doubts you are 13. You clearly do not have a grasp on the rules as it states do not ask to be whitelisted.
