8. Reason you should be accepted: I enjoy servers with lots of people to chat with and hang out and Pvp. I am easy to get along with and have fun.
9. Additional Info: I was banned on a.mc-hg for flying, while I wasn't flying I did use hack to gain an advantage on other players but nocheat gave off flags and I was banned. I did not appeal the ban. On blockempires.com I was banned for griefing/x-raying. While I did grief, unclaimed stuff seemed like fair game to me...I did not x-ray. I was not even online when I was banned, they only assumed by my finding of a base I x-rayed. Both of these bans are from 1-2 months ago and since I have not used any form of hack or cheat to gain and unfair advantage.I tried to appeal this but after little to no response or luck for a week I gave up and left.

When did you receive your bans?

I found two bans that were recent, one in January for x-raying, and another in February for griefing and supposed x-raying.

Arkcraft is the one not mentioned, or so it seems

Arkcraft I was banned for about 5 minutes seeing as they thought I was x-raying but after lots vanish watching me they knew I wasn't but then I did try x-raying and I was caught, admitted it, apologized and I agreed to never x-ray again which I have since kept with my word. Block Empires is Blockempires.com. where I did grief but did not x-ray. They only assumed I did. I felt the base I found was that of someone who was inactive so I merely took what I could and was banned while offline. Any further questions I am happy to answer. I assure I have not used an x-ray since the day I began to use it and was caught.
*Edit: I apologize for leaving ArkCraft out, I didn't see that as a ban but a mistake I made which I made up for follow. I had to watch all my diamonds on me get burned.

Although we have measures in place to stop x-raying, there are 3 instances where you are accused of x-raying. One I can see was a mistake but you have admitted to x-raying, and your bans are fairly recent.

I do not feel comfortable accepting you on the server at this time. Perhaps after some time has passed between your bans, you can reapply but at this point 3 accusations of x-raying, and your admittance of it does not leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling.

I only have been accused twice. I have 2 instances of x-raying of which only 1 is accurate and from several months ago. If you'd like I can get the Moderator on here who quickly caught me. They checked me from then on out to see if I was x-raying and for the several remaining weeks of that server I never used nor was suspected of it. The other server, Block Empire, bans people for griefing which I felt was stupid and they just decided I x-rayed with no proof. I can get many people from ArkCraft to vouch for me as of me holding a position of power on another server, Dangazzm, which was amongst the top 10 on minecraftservers.net for a long time. I do not have 3 instances of x-raying so if there is another I'd like to know where because I have been regarded as a well off member of many servers.
