Township Tax Update 1
I will be rolling out these changes over the next few days to ease mayors into the new system. Stay posted!

• All town population cap effectively removed.
• Housing no longer requires food to generate income.
• Housing no longer adds to the population cap.
  
• Adjusted max player tax to 20 souls.

Protip: if you have extra money, I suggest adding in some extra housing units in your town if there is space before the next update, plus all housing is currently generating at "pre-nerf" levels for free.

- Removed the dragon egg functionality from central structures. Taxes have been properly adjusted. Mayors can sell their eggs for a refund back at the TD.

Is it the full 1000s refund or just selling back for the 300s?
