now it was a server of my friend and it wasnt allowed to grief but i griefed my friend so i got banned.

Because you failed to mention that ban which happened later than the one you mentioned on your application, I am going to leave your account on the greylist for now. Play on the server for a week or so, prove to us you no longer hack, then re-apply. Use this as a chance to prove yourself so we do not see the same one who had been hacking a couple months back. If you choose not to, that's perfectly fine.
