  3. Previous Bans (Includes other servers): I have no hacks and followed all of the majour rules (excluding the one involving speaking in caps) but the admin banned all my friends and decided i was guilty by association.

  5. Reason you should be accepted: I should be accepted because i love Minecraft and i'd thoroughly enjoy building magnificent structures by mining all my own materials and making those annoying 1x1 pillars to try to reach all the way to the top of my structure. I also love the heroes plug-in so your server would entertain me for years to come. Furthermore, my friends are on this server so i really just want to play with them.
