I apologize. I completely forgot about those, as they were one and two years ago.

For the c.nerd.nu one, I had joined earlier and had been playing for an hour or so, when a bunch of players (a team?) joined and started using nuke, fly, super speed hacks, etc. It went on for a while, and when the admins discovered it, they banned all recently first time joined players, including me.

For the s.APMinecraft one, I can't remember exactly, but I think it was because I stole from the admin's base or faction or something similar, and he got angry and rage-banned me.

I messaged gabizou about that, but haven't got a reply. I mis-clicked when I registered, and then after saw that the only way to get it fixed was to contact an administrator. The correct date is January 14, 1997. Could you change it to the correct one?
