I found this server: "Dungeon Realms" but you need to pay for it. This server is FREE, you just need to apply, and that's why i should be accepted.

Sorry you do not minimum age to accept our ToS and pe COPPA laws, cannot be whitelisted. Please re-apply when you are 13. So July 17, 2013 :)
