You do not have to be whitelisted to get on the server, your restrictions are restricted unless you get accepted.

Answer this, why did you have Nodus downloaded to begin with?

i use nodus just to spam in MY own server cause some people dont listen me and i just spam so i have tha attention of everybody before kick him

The fact that you have used a hacked client not too long ago concerns me a bit too much. I'll be leaving you on the greylist for now. Play via greylist for a few weeks and prove to us you don't hack. You may re-apply then.
