Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): I forget the name of the server, but the only time I've been banned was from a server in which I raided (only stole, no griefing) a base. The base turned out to be the Owner's base, and he got... pretty wrathful. You can probably fill in the blanks
