Prior Bans; I have been banned from 1 Server.

Reason; “Abusive language”
Comments; I was having an unusually over the top bad day, and after a group of very frustrating game mechanics I said something along the lines of “I’ve had it with minecraft physics, Fuck this and goodbye!!” and left. Basically I rage quit that day, it’s a very rare occurrence for me to do such things

How I heard about Herocraft; After attempting to log on to Cedarcraft and realizing I had been banned, I looked up Minecraft servers on Google. I found Herocraft on this webpage: http://minecraft-server-list.com/sort/PVE/
Have you voted for Herocraft; No, I do not believe in voting for a server until I have had some time online to accurately judge the server.
Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS? Yes, I have read them both and, in fact, have some questions.
Questions on Server Rules; These may seem a bit ridiculous, but I am not sure how strict your server is about its rules or where exactly you draw the line.
#1.5 Prohibited; Pixel art viewable on the main overhead map of /map.
I have not used the /map command but I assume that this refers to any pixel art that is viewed from directly above. Does that include ground decorations of courtyards or such constructs if the ground is an image?
#1.6 Prohibited; Creation of walls of water/lava.
I assume this only refers to if the water or lava is free standing as a wall, is it permitted as long as a feasible structure is holding it up?
Questions on Terms of Service;
#3 You may not market, Promote or advertize anything, or make any other form of solicitation on the Herocraft Online Service, the Herocraft Online Web Site or the Herocraft Online Forums.
Does this include saying that an item, product or service is, in my opinion, better than another when talking to another player or group of players.
#4 You may not violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation.
It’s not so much that I am confused in any way about this statement but that I am simply curious; exactly how does someone break the law on a simple online game?
Reason you should be accepted; I am a joyful, friendly and honest player and am always eager to help others in any way I can. I am a relatively good builder who specializes in efficient and simple yet elegant structures. I am typically very active in chat and love to visit with other players and listen to their stories and opinions. I am a good role-playing character and add a good partner for others who wish to do so.
When I was going through the start area with all the professions and the “paths” I noticed that I can officially be the Character my Minecraft skin is intended to be. The profession of smith combined with the path of mystic healer describes my character exactly, no exaggeration or warping in any way.

Additional Information; I am a furry, as you can clearly tell by my Minecraft skin. Contrary to popular belief we are not perverts. As most furries are; I am fun loving, playful and very adept at role playing. I do create furry artwork, nothing bad, but not the highest quality artwork as I have only been making art for a short time. I am dyslexic and will constantly have spelling and grammatical errors within my writing. I cannot use Teamspeak because it does not work on my laptop, whereas Skype does work.
