Yeah AZ (where this was recorded) is a lovely place for stuff like this. A couple of weeks ago my dad and I were cleaning up our garage and found a snake hibernating under some rags near the water heater. My dad picked up the rags and was startled by the rattlesnake. Made a bloody mess in the garage getting rid of it :/

Have you seen the spiders in Skyrim? With high res textures those things are gross/scary.

I thought it was moss at first, and was like "Uh, ok... what spiders?" Then it was poked. Haha. Not that creepy. Although, I'm not creeped out by gruesome, bloodied dead bodies on TV...

I don't think I'm "normal". :p

One morning, at about 2 AM, my girlfriend was in bed, shaking around like there was a bug in the bed. She then, goes "Ahh!" and brushed something off of her and onto my back. I was immediately bitten. We turn on the light to find that it was a black widow:

Well, fearing the worst after reading all of the side effects, she drives me to the ER here in Town. On the way, the left side of my body was twitching. The venom from Black Widows messes with your nervous system.

So, I get to the ER, fill out a bunch of paperwork then go back to see the Doctor. After he looks at my bite, he tells me "I'll tell you right now, you weren't bit by a Black Widow." I replied, "Yes, I was. I have the damn thing in a Ziplock back in the ER with my girlfriend." So, he circled the swelling with a permanent marker and told me that if it swelled any larger to come back ASAP. The Doctor sent me home and told me to take Benadryl.

I was sick for about 1 week, but I didn't throw up. I just didn't feel "right," but all ended well, obviously.

Earlier this year, I was on TeamSpeak 3 with Herocrafters and I was bitten, again, in the neck by one, but I'm guessing that with the amount of liquor I had in my blood that night, I ended up okay. I just ate some pizza and passed out. I woke up fine. Haha.

We have a bunch of these around our house. They're more scary looking than they actually are dangerous, but when I see them in real life, they give me the fuckin chills......

Use to have the worst nightmares of spiders, I use to have short "hallucinations" of spiders banding together and every tickle, pinch, or any other feeling while attempting to fall asleep, was a spider getting ready to poison me. I was sort of arachnophobic in a sense that the thought of spiders kept me up all night, mostly because I couldn't see the stealthy little bastards.

Some of my weirdest/scariest dreams were based of spiders. Ones where spiders would climb into my mouth(scariest motherfucking reoccurring dream of my childhood), ones where they would kill my family and my cat (lol?). But yeah I eventually got over that fear of spiders and I don't give a fuck about them. I can sleep through whatever the hell I want now.

Hurhurr, you don't know how insanely happy I am for living in Norway :)
Almost no spiders, none of them are venomous.

Yep. I was messed up after the first bite for about 3 months if I remember right. Every little hair on my leg that moved from the fan blowing on it was a spider, in my mind. Haha.

DAMN am I lucky to be in England!!!

The worst we get are house spiders. They are not very big, just some small things with reasonably thick legs.

Oohh..

I have itching in my back now....

ARRTGGHGHGHGHGHGH... Damn you!

We only got house spiders in Norway too, but not many. I've killed most of them ;)
