Your story: I was given a jar by another herocraft member, and didn't know that the jar had xray when I got it. Since I couldn't remove that specific mod alone, and my minecraft wouldn't work with clean jar/other jars, I decided to just keep it on there. Eventually, I started using it for a little bit to find diamond for the exp, since I've wanted to use IC's for 7+ months and they finally came back. I couldn't do the level grind legit because i've got problems in life and cant sit on the computer all day. I know what I did was wrong, and yea I regret it, but didn't do it for my personal financial gain, I only did it for the chance to use IC's again after 7 months of waiting. I understand that I'll lose everything and am okay with that as long as I could get back online. I miss the community

I can sympathize with you, this server is pretty good. However, I am biased for obvious reasons. Please read below for clarification.

I couldn't do the level grind legit because i've got problems in life and cant sit on the computer all day.

It took me 8 weeks just to spec, legally I might add. I foresee another 4 weeks to master Smith. What a sense of accomplishment I will feel when I do! Cutting corners in life, as you are destined to find out, has consequences. Consider applying this harsh lesson learned in Herocraft, and apply it to real life.

Although I'm technically not the one who 'caught' you initially, I was the one that banned you. So I figured I should post something.

You, Amgroma, disappointed a lot of people. Your lack of respect for the server rules, a server that you donated a large amount of money to, a server that you had spent a lot of hours on and a server that you will find has no respect for people who cheat the system.

I've heard that perhaps people who have been on a while should be given another chance, I see it the opposite. Anyone who has been on a long time should be given LESS leeway when it comes to breaking server rules as they have had plenty of time to learn them.

Laziness, let alone laziness as a EXCUSE, is intolerable. If you are not willing to put in the time and effort for something, anything, then you should look elsewhere because you do not belong.

If I were in your shoes I would be too shamed to want to come back.
