Your story: owner_liviatin (cant spell) was kick from colossae for griefing by kperkins. When he was kicked he had a bounty on him, so i asked kperkins to gtp me outside of the town. Once he did that i noticed that owners house was outside of the town so his door was open and i walked in there, bounty accepted and killed him. Apparently Im not allowed to gtp in the sake of bounties even tho the rules dont say i cant use a gtp to kill neutral players and steal there stuff no lwc chests in the house and no dirt covered chests the only thing that was lwc was the door and that was open and before i was banned i was trying to explain to the mod what happened about what was happening but apparently i was banned for bad manners, and i was banned for 1 day. http://gyazo.com/be72927b08d715b24f72005d155f11f1 When i went on teamspeak i saw that the mod that banned me was online. I tried to explain what happened and he didn't listen to anything i had to say. Are you "Staff" a joke? Your most likely reading this but your not doing a single thing. I've seen 12 year olds reply faster than you. I've even taken the liberty to go ahead and message you myself. But still nothing? Talk about ignoring eh? If nothing is done by today, Then I quit. There is no point of waiting on a server who doesn't choose their staff wisely. Today EST is 8/4/2015 4:08. If nothing is done in the next 6 hours I quit. And you will not be hearing from me again. You even toke the time to put in my appeal into my first one. But not take the time to look into it.

I wasn't the one to ban you. Please refrain from calling us a joke. It will not help your case. @xexorian was the one to do it. But sadly I do not see any logs of why you were banned. If you could explain when you get time Xexo.

It is not wise to yell at staff about being banned for breaking the rules, and then fussing them out over voice when they tell you to calm down so they can explain your ban nicely. I am not on TeamSpeak to discuss reasons for banning you in game, none of the staff are. The appeals section of the forum are the proper place to discuss your ban with staff. If we do so, it is out of our own good will. Pestering staff about your ban will not shorten it. Being a legitimate, and calm person, while trying to understand why you were banned, and how you might fix the problem will.

Your first in game ban was a tempban and will expire naturally. This counts towards your infraction limits. For further information how this might affect you please refer to the rules. In your screenshot (http://gyazo.com/be72927b08d715b24f72005d155f11f1) you will notice that there is a timer next to your ban message.

Your second in game ban has been lifted. I think that was a mistake on my end. I was dealing with a longer griefing PE and was trying to find all the names over a 6 hour period and might've grabbed the wrong one out of that list.

However, we do not allow alternate accounts be aware that you will need to make another appeal for account sharing. Your alternate account of Icehoof will not be unbanned at this time.

The RobotGamesYT account will have to make an appeal for account sharing as well. The security of your account is not Herocraft's problem. Please change your password and make an appeal at a later time.

Alirock6 in the future, please post a ban appeal on your own forum account. Also, if you cannot access that account I can reset your password for you, please PM me to do so.

You should be unbanned from ts. @xexorian Just have him make an appeal btw. Tag tim to let him know that he's it is his account and not your alt.

I'm sorry, I overlooked that in your account settings. I fixed your Alirock6 email. You should be able to login with your credentials you signed up with.

Your TS3 ban should now be properly lifted as well, again, sorry for the delay. I was busy showing another mod how to do things and left your UID banned on TS3 by accident. It is removed from the banlist now.

As for Icehoof, you need to contact tim and go through the proper channels which can all be located on the hc.to/rules link. I will provide you a direct link however since you still can't seem to.

As a note for in the future, sometimes the confirmation emails get sent directly to your spam folder and will not show up in your inbox unless you click them from inside the spam folder and set them as "not spam."
